Last year (2010) we raffled off a painted goat rock during Topsham Fair week. It was a hit with many folks.
I just finished painting a baby goat kid on a medium rock for a raffle for this years Topsham Fair (2011) which runs between August 7 to the 14th. Just put your name on a slip of paper with name and phone number, put in ONE DOLLAR, put it in the box provided, and take a chance on winning a hand painted rock of a baby goat. When the winner is drawn, we will give you a call ,and we can make arrangements to get it to you. You do not need to be present for the drawing.

Raising Kiko goats
In 2006 we purchased our first purebred Kiko buck, (Summa) then added another purebred buck (Wild Bill) a couple of years later. Since then, we have been crossing some of our full blood Boers and a few of our Saanen Dairy goats with them. This kidding season (2011) we have a pair of 88% kiko doelings whose names are Abby and Abigale. The pictures of them are when they were just three days old. We also had a small mob of 50% and 75% kiko kids. All are colorful, hi energy, and cute as heck! |
